Job Description: Infrastructure Engineer
We are looking for a motivated Infrastructure Engineer to manage and enhance our hybrid cloud environment, leveraging Microsoft Azure and Azure Stack HCI. You'll design, deploy, automate, and maintain scalable, secure IT infrastructure while collaborating with stakeholders to meet evolving business needs. This role will require 2-3 days of on-site presence every 2-3 weeks in Green Bay, Wisconsin (travel expenses covered).
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement hybrid cloud solutions (Azure/on-prem).
- Optimize cloud configurations for security, performance, and cost.
- Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Monitor system health and performance.
- Maintain security best practices and ensure compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues.
- Create and update infrastructure documentation.
- Provide on-call support in rotation.
Top Skills:
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments.
- Networking, security, and disaster recovery planning.
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Experience with Azure Entra ID, Active Directory, and Intune.
- Hands-on knowledge of Windows Server, M365, and server/storage hardware.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL, compliance standards, and vendor management.
